We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tidy Tot purchase, wherever you’ve bought it from. If you buy direct from our website, we have a No Quibble returns policy. If you’ve purchased your Tidy Tot product from one of our partner stockists, we are happy to hear from you directly and will resolve any problems swiftly and in the way that causes you the least inconvenience.
International and European Orders
All overseas orders shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery are not covered in case of loss during shipping. In the event of loss or non-delivery, we are unable to refund or replace undelivered orders where we are able to provide you with proof of posting. Please accept our apologies.
International orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed are covered for loss or non-delivery up to the value of £50. If your order exceeds this value and you would like to ensure your order will be compensated in the event of loss during shipping, please contact us before placing your order and Royal Mail’s additional surcharge of £2.50 will be added to your shipping charge.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost or damaged orders must be reported to us within 20 days of shipping.
No Quibble returns
If you change your mind within 28 days of your Tidy Tot order, we will refund you the cost of your order in full.
Your order must be returned in an unused condition in all the original packaging.
Please note: All shortages, damages or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported within 20 days of receipt.
