Delivery & Returns
All orders are usually dispatched next working day with Royal Mail, with a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days for UK orders and up to 28 days for international orders. For UK orders, if you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving confirmation of dispatch, please let us know. If your shipping address is outside of the UK, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We do not currently ship to Europe but we do have local stockists (please email email@example.com) or you can find us on all Amazon marketplaces.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail and local partners. The Tracked and Signed service covers the goods for loss or non-delivery, so we advise you to use this option where available. All overseas orders shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery are not covered in case of loss during shipping. In the event of loss or non-delivery, we are unable to refund or replace undelivered orders shipped under this service, where we are able to provide you with proof of posting.
I would like to return my order. What do I do?
You can return any un-used items within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given within 30 days of our receipt of your return. Please note, the cost of return postage will only be given where the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for returned items that do not reach us so please request proof of postage. Refunds will not be given for used items. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition for a full refund.
I’ve used my purchase. Can I return it?
We can’t accept returns where items have been used. Full refunds will only be given where goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. We recommend that you contact our friendly Customer Service team before ordering any items if you are unsure as to whether they are suitable for your requirements. We are always very happy to help! Can I return part of my value bundle?
If you purchase one of our value bundles, we can accept returns of any unused item within 28 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be given within 30 days of our receipt of your return and the amount refunded to you will take into account bundle savings. Please contact email@example.com for more details.

My item is faulty, what do I do?
We take great pride in the quality of our products and whilst product defects are rare, they can happen. We appreciate you taking the time to inform us of any problems and we will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your Tidy Tot product.
Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the fault and they will be able to advise. Please note, we may request faulty items are returned to us, at our cost, for our investigation.
We have a standard 1 year warranty on all of our items.
I’ve just placed an order and want to change it, what should I do?
Please email email@example.com with your request and we will be happy to help. Please note, we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been dispatched.
