About Zenia
As a Nutritionist, Food Scientist, Sensory Scientist, Chef and Mumpreneur, Zenia has combined all her skills and is now known for spreading knowledge about how deeply our five senses affect our perception of food. Zenia’s passion for utilising one senses resonates with her food creations, meal plans and collaborations. Alongside this, she works closely with different institutions, families, women and babies going through various stages of pregnancy, the fourth trimester and weaning.
