Healthy Chocolate & Banana Muffins

❄️ Freeze up to 3 months / keeps in a container for 2 days

You will need:
• 125g (1 cup) oat flour
• 30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
• 3 very ripe small/medium bananas
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 2 tbsps milk
• *handful chocolate chips optional*

How to make:
• Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
• Get a bowl and add your cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda & mix well. Then add your milk and egg and banana and mix until combined. At this stage you can choose to add some chocolate chips for extra sweetness. Spoon into muffin holes evenly, I used paper cases, but you can use silicone too.
• Bake for 12-14 mins. Serve when cooled!
