Pizza flavour in a biscuit? Yes please! This easy recipe makes these super soft and flaky biscuits, suitable for a snack or lunch! Egg free and dairy free!

You will need:
• 100g softened butter
• 90g extra mature cheddar cheese
• 150g wholegrain / plain flour + 1.5 tsp baking powder OR self raising
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp oregano


How to make:
• Mix all of your ingredients together with your hands or use a food processor, if your using your hands rub the butter into the flour, You will get a nice soft dough.
• Sprinkle flour on a work surface and flour your rolling pin and roll to around 1/2 cm thick, the thinner the dough the crispier the crackers / biscuits will be, the thicker the dough the softer the biscuit will be inside. Top with a sprinkle of cheese!
• Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 mins at 200c fan or until slightly golden. Enjoy!
