Pumpkin Shaped Jam Tarts
- Shortcrust pastry
- Strawberry jam
How to make:
1. First, roll out the pastry dough and use a round-shaped cookie cutter larger than your muffin tin holes to create tart shells. Gently press the dough into the muffin tin and set it aside.
2. Secondly, use a cookie cutter and stamp to make pumpkin faces. Lay them on the baking mat and bake both the shells and pumpkin faces in the oven for around 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
3. After everything is cooked, add jam into the tart shell as a filling and then gently close it with the pumpkin face tart.
